Contract Manager (m/f/d) at the Altbach location.

• Formation of site subcontracts and determination of subcontracting strategy
• Preparation of contract provisions and support for construction and commissioning activities
• Management of procurement contracts
• Coordination and administration of site subcontracts
• Correspondence management with subcontractors
• Maintenance of event logs and processing of claims and change orders
• Monitoring of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Supervision of payments and remeasurements under subcontracts
  

• Completed degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in contract management or a similar position
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
• Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German is a plus
