For our globally significant industrial partner, we are searching for

Material Handling Manager (m/f/d) at the Altbach location.

Here you´ll have the opportunity to pioneer innovative approaches to material management, leveraging advanced technologies and strategic partnerships to stay ahead of the curve. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, you´ll position our organization as a leader in the evolving world of logistics.

• Receive, control, and manage site materials and equipment
• Coordinate material handling according to project requirements and schedules
• Implement shipping and storage procedures for efficient material management
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in material handling
• Lead on-site material management team if necessary
• Manage incidents of damage during transportation and initiate appropriate actions
• Monitor and document all material movements and storage activities on-site
  

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities
• Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German is a plus
