Quality Control Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Administrate testing of raw material, components, drug product and drug substance of virus vaccines and be a contact person for contract laboratories 
  • Monitor performance and quality of contract laboratories including administration of deviations, investigations, CAPAs, changes etc. 
  • cGMP-compliant review and processing of production- and test-related data in SAP and trending tools 
  • Support in development, optimization and validation of analytical tests and stability tests 
  • Support of all departments of the plant in fulfilling quality relevant tasks, e.g. AQL testing 
  • Assistance in tasks related with health authority communication, e.g. document provision 

Your qualification:

  • Degree in natural sciences or equivalent education and experience 
  • Experience in cGMP compliant virus vaccine production as well as biological and chemical laboratory testing of vaccines desirable
  • Knowledge about validation of laboratory tests and stability tests
  • Quick comprehension and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
